DrTechniko (“DrTechniko”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit drtechniko.com (the “Site”), how we use it, the legal basis for doing so, and the rights you have over your data.

This policy is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the ePrivacy Directive.

The data controller responsible for your personal data is:

  • Name / business: DrTechniko (founded by Nikos Michalakis)
  • Contact address: [FULL POSTAL ADDRESS — REQUIRED]
  • Email: info@drtechniko.com

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, please contact us using the details above or through our Contact page.

2. A note about children

DrTechniko provides educational stories, games, and activities intended for children, but the Site itself is intended to be used by parents, guardians, and educators.

  • The Site is not directed at children for the purpose of collecting their personal data.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.
  • Forms and the mailing list on this Site should only be completed by an adult (a parent, guardian, or educator).

If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at info@drtechniko.com and we will delete it promptly.
